AKF-Gopherweb is a proxy, to make the gopher protocol usable with a webbrowser. AKF-Gopherweb is part of the project 🌐 AKFNetz.
Gopher is a very simple internet protocol, with which you can use menus to view texts or download other kinds of files.
The advantage of gopher is its simplicity. You don't really need a big webbrowser, but you could use it with much smaller programs on small devices.
